Winter Multi Activity
Danielle and Nick
It was the first time I'd ever done a winter holiday and it really was an experience of a lifetime.
Sally was brilliant in planning our holiday to accommodate our needs. The region was beautiful and the views breath taking.
We spent a night in an igloo, (which despite being very cold) was a magical experience. We had a fantastic day out with the husky dogs and our guide was brilliant. We were totally astounded by the warmth and hospitality of Jean Marie and Dominque who ran the Bed and Breakfast we were staying at. They were such a lovely couple we really enjoyed our stay with them (we are definitely coming back to stay there again).
Thanks to Sally, who made sure we had a holiday never to forget, we can't recommend Undiscovered Alps enough.

We did a week's winter activity as the last leg of a European honeymoon and loved it. Sally was really flexible in designing our itinerary and in working around problems (e.g. finding another guide when the husky guy got sick, or sorting us out with lifts to places as we weren't driving).
Would definitely recommend this holiday and am considering coming back to sample the Summer activity holiday!

Winter Multi Activity
Phil, Laure and Lenny the Lion
In January of this year (2009) I finally received my animal passport through the post so i looked for a relaxing yet challenging week away.
Being a Lion, I’m used to spending most of my spare time stretching out, basking in the sun and chasing the local game around the watering hole.
This time however I fancied doing something a little out of my comfort zone so convinced my keepers to take me away to explore what the colder climate of the Alps had to offer.
Wow what an adventure it turned out to be!
Sally provided us with all the information and guidance we were after to explore and enjoy the area for ourselves whilst also having all of the activities and equipment organised superbly for our individual needs.
We were fortunate enough to discover a great and varying range of activates: Cross country skiing, wildlife spotting, moonlit snowshoe walk, Husky dog sledging and our particular favourite had to be the Ice Climbing which was simply superb! Each activity offered unique challenges, fantastic memories and all proved to be greatly rewarding.
All of the instructors and guides were excellent; the whole area was spectacular, the people very friendly which together has left a lovely, long lasting impression of France.
Many thanks for providing such a memorable and enjoyable holiday, we highly recommend to all.

The whole experience was amazing, from Thomas and the Parapunte (I mean how many people can say they have touched a cloud), to eating cheese fondu and chocolate and sleeping in an igloo.
The scenery was amazing, the skies and stars spectacular, sunset, sunrise I have never seen a sky change colour so many times and so many stars, the photos don't really do it justice.
The experience with the huskies was something I will never forget, not just the sledding but Philippe took time to tell me about them, names, feeding etc., I helped feed them, harness them and got up in the morning to sit in the snow, admiring the beautiful sunrise with Shenwa's (don't know how you spell her name!) head in my lap, doesn't get much better than that.
The entire expedition was brilliant thanks to your personal touch and enthusiasm and Philippe's patience and kindness.

friendly advice on how to make the most of your holiday.
