The
Ferme D'Emile is an old traditional Champsaurain farmhouse that has been lovingly restored by Dominique and Jean-Marie. It is situated in the tiny village of Les Forestons overlooking the Champsaur valley. There are snowshoe walks right from the door and the peace and quiet and warm welcome make this a great place to stay.
When you arrive at La Ferme D'Emile we'll come and meet you to welcome you to the area, explain the week, give you your snowshoes and poles, your activity vouchers and directions and generally aim to take the hassle out of your holiday! We are around all week during your holiday for any questions or queries and for advice on events and sightseeing opportunities in the area.

Leisure card worth 35.50€ per booking for the famous glass walled 'palais du sport' swimming pool, ice skating, bowling and relaxation spa in Orcieres.

Snowshoes and poles for 6 days

Maps, route guidance and advice for safe, self guided snowshoe walks, local markets and events and other sightseeing opportunities for when you aren't on organised activities.
It is possible to eat evening meals at La Ferme D'Emile for 17€ per head. Domonique is a great cook and has a passion for local mountain produce, plants and herbs.
Transport and Getting Here
The Ferme D'Emile is in a small hamlet about 35 mins from the resort of Orcieres so we highly recommend you self drive rather than let us drive you to and from the activities if you stay here as public transport is limited and the area has so much to offer and for you to explore in your free time.
