Orcieres 1850 is a great resort for beginners right through to advanced skiers and snowboarders who want to ski or surf 'off the beaten track'. The Rochebrune Residences are brand new four star apartments situated in the center of Orcieres 1850 right next to the pistes. There are a range of apartment sizes all furnished in a chalet style with excellent facilities. But the real plus for these apartments are the superb onsite facilities. There's a waitress service restaurant with excellent food, a bar and lounge with open fire.

The Hotel les Catrems is a newly refurbished family run hotel with excellent views across the mountains. It's very friendly and has a good restaurant. It's a 5 - 10 minute walk from the pistes but you can leave your skis at the ski lift so don't have to walk with them.
