Accommodation - Shangrila Luxury Chalets

The Shangrila luxury **** chalets are beautiful newly built independent chalets situated in the sunny ski village of Chaillol. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard with all mod cons including wifi (TV, DVD, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer).

They share a japanese garden and jacuzzi (with the exception of the Unowasi chalet) as well as having a private south facing terrace and bbq area each.

Chaillol has a long standing musical relationship with Japan. Every year the village hosts a music festival frequented by many Japanese and other more local musicians - hence the Japanese named chalets!

The Intiwasi Chalet (the house of the sun) sleeps 6-8 people and has an entrance area with space for coats and shoes, a large open plan living area with wood burning fire, and a good quality sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one twin and one double) and a mezzanine area with a sofa bed.

The Quillawasi Chalet (the house of the moon) sleeps 8 people and has an entrance area with space for coats and shoes, a large open plan living area with wood burning fire, and a good quality sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, one large double bedroom (with large 160cm bed) and a sofa bed, a twin bedroom and a mezzanine area with a sofa bed.

The Unowasi chalet is the smallest of the Shangrila chalets and doesn't have a jacuzzi. It sleeps up to 6 people. It has an entrance area for coats and shoes, a large open plan living area with wood burning fire and a good quality sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms (one double with 160cm bed and one with bunk beds) and a mezzanne area with a sofa bed, two bathrooms and toilets and an outside terrace area.
