Our holidays are totally flexible - all you need to do is decide what
activities you'd like to do, what kind of
accommodation you'd prefer and when you want to go.
We can help you design your holiday so that it best meets your requirements and budget and so that you get the most out of the area. We'll always find the best deal we can, so if you want to chat through your perfect holiday combination, then

If you want to book on to one of our holiday offers, then you just need to fill in our
booking request form and send it to us. We will then contact you to confirm availability and answer any questions you may have. We will then send you a booking form which you need to sign and return to us along with a deposit and we will send a confirmation invoice securing your place.
Insurance
Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings without sickness and injury insurance (insurance against theft or cancellation is also highly recommended). Additionally it pays to travel in Europe with an E1.11 Form which you can get from the post office to reduce any medical charges payable at the time if you are ill or hurt. Please check the cover you take out meets your requirements and covers the activities you are undertaking. General travel insurance doesn't usually cover winter sports, white water sports above river grade 3, paragliding, canyoning, climbing or caving amongst others.

Groups
Traveling in a group, whether it's a club, society or friends adds to the fun of your time in the mountains. We can offer specifically tailored programmes to fulfill your requirements. Just let us know what you want to include and we'll do the rest.
Families
Most sports can be enjoyed by all members of the family and we welcome all ages from the very young to the very mature on any of our holidays. If anyone doesn't want to be active the valley is a beautiful place just to relax, breathe in fresh clean air and swap stories at the end of the day. Champsaur and Valgaudemar are full of fun, family things to do, from a day by the lake (set up with water sports, slides etc) to pony trekking. There is also a
kids club for children aged between 3 months and 6 years which is open in both summer and winter. Contact us to tailor make your own active family holiday in the mountains.
Companies
Why not have your next seminar, conference or away day / week in the Champsaur and Valgaudemar valleys? Take advantage of a break away to get down to some serious business and include some fun team building at the same time. We have very good links with specialist corporate training experts who would be more than happy to put together a package for your company. All you have to do is let us know what you want and we'll suggest some ways of achieving it.
Booking
Contact us by phone, email or post and let us know what you want. We'll send you two copies of our booking form with a quote for your holiday. Sign and return one copy to us with a deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost and we'll send you a confirmation invoice with a date by which final payment must reach us. You can pay by cheque or by Visa / Access credit card. We're happy to accept credit card payments but need to make a surcharge of 3% of the total amount paid to cover our costs.
