The building is situated in the stunning Champoleon valley with cross country skiing and snowshoeing straight from the door and easy access to the ski resorts and other winter activities. For summer there are numerous beautiful walks, mountain biking and other activities such as canyoning, paragliding, white water fun, via ferrata.... .
There two apartments in it, both with their own garden, bbq and private outside areas, one beautiful romantic apartment for a couple and one lovely larger family or small group (sleeps up to 7 people) apartment.
Access to the 7 person apartment is via a magnificent stone stairway. There's an open plan living room with open fire and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and toilet on the first floor and on the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with a single bed and bunk beds), bathroom and toilet.
The two person apartment is in the old iron mongery and is on 3 levels with a ground floor entrance into a cute kitchen and dining area. On the first floor is the lounge area with a sofa bed (possible for two extra people), TV and bathroom and on the top floor is a gorgeous double bedroom in the roof!
