How to Book

If you would like to talk through some ideas for your holiday, have an itinerary in mind or would like to book onto one of our holiday offers, either give us a call on 0845 009 8501 or fill in the request form below and we'll call you back.

We'll go through your holiday and answer any questions you may have. We'll then send you two copies of a booking form detailing all the arrangements and final price along with a copy of our terms and conditions. If you're happy with everything, you just need to sign one copy of the booking form and send it back to us with a 25% deposit. Once we've received your booking form and deposit we'll send you a confirmation invoice to confirm your holiday.

You can pay by cheque or by Visa / Access credit card. We're happy to accept credit card payments over the phone but need to make a surcharge of 3% of the total amount paid to cover our costs.

Insurance

Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings without sickness and injury insurance appropriate to the activities to be undertaken (insurance against theft or cancellation is also highly recommended). Additionally it pays to travel in Europe with an E111 Form which you can get from the post office to reduce any medical charges payable at the time if you are ill or hurt. Please check the cover you take out meets your requirements and covers the activities you are undertaking.

For specialist multi activity sports travel insurance try DareDirect or Essential Travel, who offer a range of insurance products for adventure and winter sports. If you hear of a direct insurance company offering better rates, please do let us know!
