Enquiries and Booking
If you would like to talk through some ideas for your holiday, have an itinerary in mind or would like to book onto one of our
holiday offers, either give us a call on 0845 009 8501 or fill in the request form below and we'll call you back.
We'll go through your holiday and answer any questions you may have. We'll then send you a quote detailing all the arrangements and final price along with a copy of our
terms and conditions and a booking form. If you're happy with everything, you just need to sign the booking form and send it back to us with a 25% deposit. Once we've received your booking form and deposit we'll send you a confirmation letter to confirm your holiday.
You can pay by cheque, bank transfer or by credit or debit card over the phone (subject to 3% card fee) in pounds or by bank transfer in euros.
Insurance
Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings without sickness and injury insurance appropriate to the activities to be undertaken (insurance against theft or cancellation is also highly recommended). Additionally it pays to travel in Europe with an E111 Form which you can get from the post office to reduce any medical charges payable at the time if you are ill or hurt. Please check the cover you take out meets your requirements and covers the activities you are undertaking.
