High altitude skiing just 15 minutes away, the Auberge is located in a remote valley with some of the best views of the area.

All prices are based on 2 people sharing a twin / double room. Please note it is possible to reduce the price by sharing more people to a room or family suite (up to four in some rooms / suites).

The
Auberge is a fantastic little place situated in the wild and remote alpine valley of Champoleon. It was completely restored recently in a modern funky style but still manages to retain some of it's old mountain heritage! It is now managed by a great team, headed up by Stephanie and Laurent.
The food is excellent and there is a bar, internet access, library and children's play area and some of the most beautiful views in the area!
The rooms are quite basic but clean and comfortable and come in various sizes from double or twin rooms to large family rooms - all with en-suite bathrooms with either shower or bath.
Please note as the Auberge is located around 15 minutes drive away from the resort of Orcieres. Please have a look at transport and getting here below.
We'll come and meet you when you arrive and welcome you to the area, give you your ski passes (no queuing at the ticket desk!), pre-book your skis, organise your activities and generally aim to take the hassle out of your holiday!
We are around for advice on where the best pistes are, where to eat for lunch, shop and generally make the most of the resort and area.

Getting Here and Transport
There are lots of different options for getting here and we will help you plan and book your journey wherever possible. There are cheap public transfers from Marseille and Grenoble airports and Aix-en-Provence and Grenoble TGV train stations. We can also arrange private transfers from nearby airports and train stations, rail transport, ferry crossings and car hire but can't book flights. However, we can help you with information about who flies where so you can book your own.
With advance notice it is possible to arrange for a daily transfer up to Orcieres for a small supplement. Otherwise we highly recommend having your own transport while here, to give you more flexibility and to give you the opportunity to explore the rest of the area.
